Psoriasis
I was just reading about psoriasis on wikipedia and was startled to learn that the following treatments have fallen out of favour:

Is that goose oil and goose semen or goose oil and human semen?
Perhaps that depends on what gender of goose you get.
You should tell your doctor to mix them all together and apply topically, orally, intravenously and suppositoryily
