Last night a bat flew in front of my car and got whacked. To be honest it didn't bother me too much. Nor did the bird that swooped down in front of my car last August, although I did feel sorry for its mate which was 15 cm in front of it and hence lived rather than died.
But today I saw a cat bolt onto the road and under the wheels of a car. It writhed and died as we watched in horror.
What's the difference between a cat and a bat?
One letter in the alphabet.
Well, yes. I had meant that as a thought-provoking rhetorical question. But I tell you're a Detail Man. Good for you.
